SWAC ET CONSTRUCTION,
organized office and field force
Fabian TALMACEL , SWAC’s founder and president, manages and organises the coordination between clients, the administrative office and the field force. In order to obtain an optimal control and follow-up of the building sites, he has hired a competent and reliable staff.
4 site managers and 3 generation of construction experience, have been involved in the company since its creation and are responsible for the execution of the work, the management of more than 35 workers and the technical follow-up with the support of a construction engineer and an entire office staff. The client is in direct contact with one of the team managers and can at any time obtain technical information about the site, which increases the company’s responsiveness.
The teams are made up of qualified workers, equipped with the most efficient tools and hired on permanent contracts for several years. These teams, who are used to work together, are loyal to S W A C & C O N S T R U C T I O N and they guarantee a high quality of work.

Our insurances
Our services are covered by a Civil Liability & Ten-Year Liability insurance contract.
In accordance with the Spinetta law of 1978, SWAC et Construction is covered by a ten-year insurance contract.
DECENNAL RC covers the liability of the builder for a period of 10 years after the final acceptance of the works. Both immovable works and intellectual services relating to the construction works are insured
Cover is limited to defects in the solidity, stability and watertightness of the closed shell construction when they endanger the solidity or stability of the home. Purely aesthetic damage and purely immaterial damage are excluded.
Qualibat RGE certificate
This qualification is a way for our company to highlight the level of competence and our involvement regarding energy performance, technicality or regulatory requirements.
Our specialty: energy efficient renovation work.
Our desire: a voluntary approach to advising individuals towards permanent progress.
By working with SWAC et Construction, which is RGE certified, you can benefit of public grants for energy renovation (access to the sustainable development tax credit, to the zero-rate eco-loan).
A partnership with the “Lumière des enfants” association
Fabian TALMACEL, the manager of the company, is one of the regular financial partners of the “Lumière des Enfants” association.
He designed the plans for the “Cabin de santé” in Djimandé, Casamance (Senegal) and participated in the development process which culminated in 2016.
